I have three sprite-sheet animations of a single AI-generated 3D cheerleader. I need you to rebuild them in Spine so they look and feel almost identical to the originals. You will be working exclusively from the sprite sheets; no 3D file or source images are available.

The job covers:
• Reconstructing a clean Spine rig that matches the existing poses and timing of the three animations.
• Preserving the style and proportions of the character while avoiding noticeable pops or gaps that can occur when cutting up sprites.
• Exporting only game-ready files (e.g., JSON, atlas, PNG) for each animation; I do not need the .spine project itself.

If you are comfortable slicing sprite sheets, creating meshes, and key-framing in Spine so the final exports can drop straight into a game engine, this should be a quick, focused task. I’ll supply the sprite sheets and reference videos as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer questions about frame rate or output size before you begin.
