Sprint UI Designers Needed

Our product team is halfway through an aggressive build and every decision that normally slows a project down is already on paper: the brand, colour palette, typography, components and even the entire set of wireframes are finished. What still keeps us from the finish line is turning that solid groundwork into polished, production-ready screens at the same pace the developers are shipping code.
I need two designers who thrive in a sprint environment. You’ll open an almost-complete design system, see exactly how each pattern is meant to behave, and immediately start pushing high-fidelity mobile app screens that remain faithful to the system while elevating the overall look and feel. Speed is crucial, but it can never come at the expense of consistency or craft.
We work in Figma today, although equally strong Sketch or Adobe XD skills translate well if you can mirror our set-up. Expect tight feedback loops in Slack with myself and the lead engineer so that screens, components and hand-off links stay perfectly in sync with the build schedule.
Deliverables I’m counting on:
• A shared project file containing final, annotated screens for every remaining flow
• Updated components and variants folded back into the master design system
• A clickable prototype for stakeholder review and developer hand-off
• Export-ready assets organised and labelled for iOS and Android
The first batch of screens should land within the initial week, with daily check-ins to keep momentum. If you bring a portfolio that shows both meticulous craft and a knack for moving fast, we can start almost immediately.
