I have a completed 10-page manuscript in Microsoft Word that now needs to be brought fully into line with Springer journal guidelines. Your task is purely layout: applying the correct Springer fonts, sizes, heading hierarchy, citation style, table and figure placement, captions, and reference list formatting. I will supply the official Word template so you can work with it as reference.
