Spreadsheet Entry & Persian Transcription

I have two parallel tasks that I’d like handled together.

First, I receive a steady flow of registration forms that capture only employment-related details—job title, company, dates, and similar fields. I need these transferred with 100 % accuracy into a structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets). Consistent field alignment and tidy formatting are important so I can filter and run quick summaries later.

Second, I also have Persian content that must be transcribed verbatim. The source is clean audio and short written notes; I simply need a precise Persian-to-Persian transcript without translation, ready for downstream analysis.

Deliverables
• One well-organized spreadsheet containing every employment detail from the forms, fully validated for duplicates or missing values.
• A separate, proof-read Persian transcript file (DOCX or plain text).
