Spreadsheet Contact Extraction Project

I have a collection of spreadsheet files that contain rows of contact information mixed in with other data. I need every contact pulled out, cleaned up, and delivered back to me in a single, tidy file that I can drop straight into my CRM.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Open each spreadsheet, locate every row that holds a contact, and capture all of the available fields exactly as they appear.
• Remove duplicate entries so each person or company shows up only once.
• Return the results as a well-structured Excel or CSV document with clear column headings.

Accuracy is critical—I don’t want any contacts missed or jumbled. If you already use scripts or Excel power-functions to speed things up, great, but manual checks are still expected so the final list is error-free. Once finished, send me the consolidated file along with a quick note on anything unusual you had to handle (odd formats, unreadable cells, etc.).
