Spreadsheet Bookkeeping Assistance Needed

I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to take raw data—bank statements, credit-card summaries, scanned receipts, and emailed invoices—and turn it into a clean, well-organized spreadsheet record of my business income and expenses. All I need right now is accurate data entry and clear categorisation; no reconciliations or formal financial statements.

You’ll receive PDFs, JPGs, and an occasional CSV download. From there, I expect every transaction logged line-by-line, consistently dated, described, and assigned to the appropriate expense or revenue category so the file is ready for tax season or a future QuickBooks/Xero import.

Deliverables
• One master spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with separate tabs for income, expenses, and a running summary.
• Totals automatically calculated by category and month.
• A short notes section flagging any unclear items that need my confirmation.
