Commission-Based B2B Sales Representative – Sports & Outdoor Apparel
Project Description:We are a Brisbane-based apparel brand looking for an experienced Independent Sales Representative to pitch and secure wholesale accounts for our new line of pre-designed, high-graphic sublimated fishing and sports polo shirts.
Product & Pricing Structure:
The Product: High-performance, UPF 50+ sun protection, sublimated sports and fishing polos.
Wholesale Cost to Retailer: $38.50 AUD per shirt.RRP (Retail Price): $70.00 – $79.00 AUD (Offering an attractive 45%-50% gross profit margin for store owners).
Low Entry MOQ: Only 10 shirts per design (mixed sizes welcome), making it an easy, low-risk test for new stores.
Samples: 4 physical, high-quality production samples are sitting ready in Brisbane to be handed over immediately to the successful rep.
Target Market:Independent tackle shops, marine and boating retailers, regional sports clubs, workwear outlets, and country lifestyle stores across Queensland/Australia.Compensation Structure:This is a 100% success/commission-based B2B role. We are offering a generous 12.5% to 15% commission on the total wholesale invoice value for every order you secure. Example: A baseline opening store order pays out an attractive commission loop, with recurring commission on all re-orders from clients you bring on.Commissions are paid promptly within 14 days of the retail store clearing their invoice. Requirements:Must have verified B2B sales experience in Australia (apparel, retail, or sporting/outdoor goods preferred).A professional, consultative approach to store managers and independent owners.Ability to manage your own pipeline and track store leads.
