Sports Event Photography and Videography

I'm hosting a team sports event and need a dedicated photographer and videographer to capture the excitement.

Requirements:
- One photographer for action shots and team/individual portraits.
- One videographer for behind-the-scenes and candid moments.

Hi,

My name is Kylie and I am the Secretary of the Queensland Blind (lawn) bowlers association.

We are based in Brisbane, but we are excited to host a come and try day for low vision and blind people who want to learn how to play lawn bowls. We currently have nearly 40 people coming to the event. this includes 15 experienced lawn bowlers from all over Queensland who have competed in State, National and International events.

We would like to now do some sort of videoing and photographing of the event to use in promotional work and ads, as well as showcasing our group, plus go towards future grant proposals.

The date is Monday 26th October, from 9.15 am to 1.45 pm. It is at North Toowoomba bowls club.

We are obviously a small club, wanting desperately to showcase what blind and low vision people can do, and we probably don't have a huge budget to play around with just yet. This will be our first come and try day in over 8 years.

Can you please let me know if you are available, what options we have to showcase our day, and what the price is likely to be so that i can take it to the committee.

Thanks in advance
