Sports Booking Platform QA

I’m looking for a meticulous QA professional to deep-dive into the booking and payment flow of my multi-sport platform. Everything from court reservations to tournament entry funnels through this module, so rock-solid reliability is critical before we push the next release.

Key scenarios to validate
• Successful bookings and payments
• Failed, cancelled, or refunded payments
• Discount codes, memberships, and split-payment combinations
* Profile pages
* Registration funnel
* Click through all buttons/flows

Device coverage
All tests must run on both desktop web browsers and mobile web browsers (responsive view). Native apps are out of scope for now.

Deliverables
• A concise test plan outlining cases, data, and environments
• Execution evidence: annotated screenshots or short clips, plus logs where relevant
• A defect report in spreadsheet format with clear repro steps, severity, and browser/device specs
• A final re-test pass confirming fixes or retest status
