Clean, well-documented code (preferably in a modern framework such as Node/React, Laravel/Vue or similar) and a database schema optimised for speed under betting-time loads are essential.

When the build is stable I’ll rely on you to migrate it to production, configure SSL, set up automated backups and perform a short knowledge-transfer session so I can maintain routine operations after hand-off.
