I’m preparing a lunchtime knowledge-share for a room full of technical staff and need a complete, turnkey package that walks them from Splunk fundamentals right through to its latest AI features. By the end of this project I should have everything required to stand up in front of the team, plug in my laptop, and run a smooth 60–75 minute session.

Scope of content
Please anchor the material around these three areas:

• Data ingestion and indexing
• Search and reporting
• AI and machine learning capabilities

Depth matters: assume the audience already knows log aggregation basics, so keep theory concise and lean into live queries, command examples, and concrete AI/ML use cases inside Splunk.

Deliverables
– Slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) with speaker notes
– Step-by-step demo guide and any sample data sets or queries
– Brief follow-up quiz (10 questions max) for post-session assessment
- A session with me walking me through how AI works in Splunk and some level of post support so I can better assist the teams after

Flow & format
Aim for 50–55 minutes of content plus 10–15 minutes for Q&A. A short hands-on segment that attendees can run locally or in a free Splunk trial will make the session stick.

What to highlight in your bid
Share your experience running or creating technical enablement sessions—especially anything Splunk-related or covering practical AI/ML applications. Links, screenshots, or concise descriptions are sufficient; no detailed project proposal needed at this stage.

I’ll sign off once the slide deck, demo, notes, and quiz are delivered and we’ve done a quick virtual walkthrough to ensure everything runs end-to-end.
