SPICe+ Incorporation Expert Needed -- 2

I already have SPICe+ Part A approved and Part B drafted and validated for my proposed company, Dominus Principipissa Global Holdings Private Limited. Before I file, I’d like a qualified professional to give everything a second set of eyes and make sure the submission will sail through.

My immediate priority is the CA Declaration section: I need your help verifying that the Chartered Accountant credentials entered are presented exactly as MCA expects—membership number, COP, firm registration … the works. If anything looks off, I want it corrected rather than risk resubmission.

Once that is squared away, I’d also appreciate brief, practical guidance on the electronic INC-33 (e-MOA) and INC-34 (e-AOA) so I can be certain the objects clause, share structure, and article provisions line up with what is already drafted in Part B.
