I need a conclusive, engineering-level investigation into a manufacturer’s spherical roller bearings. The goal is to demonstrate—with clear calculations, test results, and industry-standard references—that material defects, design flaws, and manufacturing errors are present in the current production parts.

Because no previous reports exist, the entire analysis must start from scratch. That means reviewing drawings and specs (or reverse-engineering if none are supplied), running appropriate load simulations (FEA), conducting metallurgical and dimensional inspections, and benchmarking everything against ISO and DIN bearing standards. I will supply physical samples and any background correspondence I have, but the technical work, data gathering, and interpretation are entirely yours.

Deliverables:
• A comprehensive technical report detailing every detected fault, the supporting evidence, and how each issue violates accepted bearing design or manufacturing criteria.
• All raw data sets, photos, CAD/FEA files, and lab results generated during the study.
• A succinct executive summary that can be presented to the manufacturer or in arbitration.

Acceptance will be based on the clarity of evidence, reproducibility of calculations, and direct linkage of each finding to the material, design, or process faults outlined above.
