In this role, you will support project management activities, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the wider Project Management Office team
Managing and enhancing project management tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
Tracking and coordinating clinical trial agreement activities with internal stakeholders to support timely project delivery
Coordinating training initiatives and supporting the development of training materials and resources
Maintaining project management systems, supporting project setup activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
College/University Degree
Fluent proficiency in English
Work experience in clinical research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with clinical trial management, and document management systems
Strong in attention to detail and self-organization skills
Strong collaboration skills and passion about supporting people around you with minor requests and bigger projects
Competency with procedural documentation and technical solutions
