My name is Vicente, and I'm the creator of Spanish with Vicente, an educational YouTube channel focused on helping international students learn Spanish.
I'm looking for a reliable, Spanish-speaking video editor to edit my weekly YouTube podcast. My goal is to establish a long-term professional collaboration with someone who can consistently deliver high-quality work.
About the Project
One podcast episode per week, usually 15–30 minutes long.
Simple, natural editing — no advanced visual effects or complex transitions required.
Video and audio files will be provided separately.
Main Responsibilities
Remove unnecessary silences, long pauses, and recording mistakes.
Make clean, natural cuts while maintaining a smooth conversational flow.
Remove background microphone noise and improve overall audio quality.
Adjust audio levels to achieve clear, balanced, professional sound.
Synchronize the separate audio and video tracks.
Deliver the final edited video ready for YouTube.
Requirements
Spanish fluency is essential (mandatory). All podcast episodes are recorded in Spanish, so you must understand the language to identify mistakes and make appropriate cuts.
Previous experience editing podcasts, interviews, or YouTube videos.
Good audio editing and noise reduction skills.
Attention to detail and natural editing style.
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines.
Availability for regular weekly projects.
Budget and Working Conditions
Budget: €20–€40 per episode.
Frequency: Approximately one episode per week.
Turnaround time: 48–72 hours after receiving the files.
Revisions: Small adjustments may occasionally be required, with a reasonable turnaround time.
