Spanish VA for Database Updates

I need a reliable virtual assistant who feels completely at ease working in Spanish. The core of the job is data entry: you will be logging changes and new records directly into our customer-information database. Everything—from the source material to the CRM interface—is in Spanish, so native-level comprehension and writing are essential.

Here is how the work will flow:

• I will give you access to our platform.
• You will have to follow specific steps to enter data and to activate accounts in our platform.

We will work together via live video at the beginning. Once you develop the skills you will work on your own.
Acceptance criteria

Some days one hour will be enough and some days I will need more of your time.

Ongoing accuracy and consistency are more important to me than speed, but once you are comfortable the process should take roughly one hour per 100 entries. If that sounds like a good fit, let’s get started this week.
