Spanish-Chinese Trade Fair Interpreter

I will be exhibiting at a large dental-industry trade show in Guangzhou from 3 to 6 March 2027 and need an experienced interpreter who can move seamlessly between Spanish and Mandarin during constant booth presentations. The work is strictly simultaneous: visitors will be listening, asking technical questions about our odontological equipment, and I rely on you to deliver real-time, accurate Spanish⇄Chinese interpretation so no momentum is lost.
Most of your time will be spent at our 18 m² stand where product demonstrations run every 20–30 minutes, but I may also pull you into quick, informal negotiations with suppliers and distributors on the show floor. The pace is fast, noise levels are high, and dental terminology (implants, CAD/CAM scanners, intra-oral cameras) comes up often, so prior trade-show or medical-device experience is a plus.
Key expectations
• Arrive 30 minutes before opening each morning for a short product refresh and glossary check.
• Interpret simultaneously for booth demos and ad-hoc chats throughout show hours (approx. 9 a.m.–5 p.m.).
• Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality at all times.
Deliverable: four full days of on-site, high-accuracy simultaneous interpretation enabling smooth communication between my Spanish-speaking team and our Chinese prospects.
I will provide the exhibitor badge, lunch vouchers, and a printed product glossary in advance. If you are confident with dental vocabulary and thrive in a busy exhibition hall, I look forward to working together in Guangzhou.
