Responsibilities

Prepare and organize medical records for physicians

Update patient history and health information

Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation

Review basic lab results and screening procedures

Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies

Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks

Requirements

Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience

Strong English and communication skills

Detail-oriented and reliable

Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST

Laptop/Desktop: i5+ processor, 8GB RAM

Internet: 35 Mbps+

Noise-canceling headset, webcam, and dedicated workspace

Compensation: $650 USD/month + bonuses + profit sharing
