Spanish Audio Verbatim English Transcription

I have a single Spanish audio file, a casual conversation that runs under five minutes. I need every utterance rendered faithfully into English, including filler words, repetitions, and any background remarks—nothing summarized or cleaned up.

Please work directly from the original Spanish and deliver a verbatim English transcript in either .docx or Google Docs format. If you normally use tools such as Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or similar to keep timing accurate, feel free; the final file has to read smoothly, line-for-line, with speaker turns clearly marked.

Acceptance criteria
• Complete, word-for-word English text for the full recording
• Consistent speaker labels (e.g., Speaker 1 / Speaker 2)
• No sections omitted or paraphrased

Once I receive and spot-check the document against the audio, I will sign off immediately.
