* Meet with the authorized representative or management.
* Complete our verification questionnaire.
* Obtain the required stamp and signature on the verification form (if permitted).
* Take 6–7 clear geo-tagged photographs of the facility, including the exterior, building signage, entrance, reception, and other relevant areas where photography is permitted.
* Submit the completed verification form and all photographs after the visit.
