Spaced Repetition Chatbot Development

I want an AI-powered interactive chatbot that keeps me on track with spaced-repetition study and helps me improve my long-form, subjective answers. It should run in the browser and as a desktop app, sharing a single user account and database so I can switch devices without losing progress.

The core flow I have in mind:
• The system schedules questions using a proven spaced-repetition algorithm (SM-2 or equivalent) and presents them through a friendly chat interface.
• I type my full answer; the chatbot uses NLP to highlight strengths, missing points, tone, or structure, then suggests concrete ways to refine the response.
• All attempts, feedback, and review intervals are stored so the dashboard can show accuracy trends, time spent, and next-due items.

Key deliverables
1. Web application (responsive) connected to a back-end that handles user auth, storage, and the review algorithm.
2. Desktop build—Electron, Tauri, or another cross-platform framework—using the same code-base and syncing with the server.
3. Admin or config panel where I can import/export question sets, adjust the repetition parameters, and view aggregated progress data.
4. Clean, well-commented code, short setup guide, and a brief walkthrough video so I can deploy or extend the project myself.

Acceptance criteria
• New questions can be added manually or via CSV and appear in the correct future review slot.
• Feedback is context-specific (no generic “good job”) and references at least three improvement points when an answer is weak.
• Progress charts load in under two seconds with 1,000+ stored answers.
• Both web and desktop builds authenticate with the same credentials and stay in sync after offline work.

Tech stack is flexible; I’m comfortable with Node, Python, or Go on the back-end and React, Svelte, or Vue on the front-end, but I’m open to your recommendation as long as the result is smooth and maintainable.
