Space Themed Linux UI

I am lining up work for January and need a sharp Python-based desktop-TUI coder to work on a space-themed Linux environment I have already started. The core work is in place; what I still need is polished, production-ready code for three key modules:

• Space Video Fetcher Axapp
• A lightweight system-monitor overlay that can sit in a corner-or go full screen-through a keyboard shortcut.
• Major Improvements to my web browser Axapp.

Visual consistency is central. The colour scheme and all icons/graphics must reinforce the deep-space look while staying readable on everyday monitors.

Tech notes
• Python is mandatory; Python standard library only, no pip installs.
• Use the API for app development.
• Keep it in TUI, not GUI not CLI.

Logistics
I can pay 650 ₹ per hour, preferably to an Indian developer for easier timezone coordination. Expect frequent code reviews so we can stay aligned.
