Sourcer for Co-Listing Agent Hiring

I need help building a qualified pipeline of Co-Listing Agent prospects for our short-term rental business. Your day will start with targeted searches on LinkedIn, popular job boards, and any relevant social-media groups you uncover. You will be looking for people who already understand Airbnb operations, can speak the language of the STR industry, and clearly demonstrate strong communication skills.

Once you spot a match, send a concise outreach message, introduce the opportunity, and hold a quick screening chat to confirm fit. When someone is interested, collect a current CV plus any supporting details and record everything in the shared tracker so my team can review it easily.

Please make sure each candidate note highlights:
• Relevant job experience in short-term rentals or hospitality
• Core skills and qualifications that map to co-listing work

Deliverables I expect:
1. A continuously updated spreadsheet or Airtable containing contact info, résumé links, and your screening notes.
2. A weekly summary of the top prospects, including why you believe they meet our Airbnb/STR and communication criteria.
3. Copies of initial outreach templates you use so we can maintain a consistent brand voice.
