Source US & Canada Resumes

I’m preparing to fill a fully-remote position and need a steady flow of qualified résumés from job seekers based in the United States and Canada. Your task is to locate interested candidates, verify they are eligible to work remotely from either country, and collect their most recent résumé along with basic contact details (name, email, phone, location).

What I’ll provide
• A short overview of the role, salary range, and key talking points you can share with prospects.
• A dedicated inbox for résumé submissions.

What I need from you
• An outreach plan that drives at least 50 unique résumés within the first week.
• All résumés forwarded to my inbox or uploaded to a shared folder in the original file format (PDF or DOCX).
• A simple tracker (spreadsheet or Airtable) listing each candidate’s name, email, phone number, city/state or province, and the date you engaged them.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum 50 résumés from U.S. or Canadian residents.
2. Zero duplicates; each candidate counted once.
3. Tracker updated in real time so I can monitor progress.

Feel free to use any combination of outreach channels—job boards, social media, email blasts, niche communities—so long as the results meet the numbers above and comply with local spam regulations. Once the first batch is delivered, we can discuss scaling the campaign further.
