Source Supercritical Foam Midsole

I run a footwear start-up that blends formal style with sneaker-level performance. Our next model needs a midsole produced with supercritical foam technology, using either PEBAX or ATPU, so that we can deliver cloud-like cushioning, effortless heel-to-toe transition, and an overall lightweight ride.

Your task is to put me in direct contact with a manufacturer that:

• Already masters supercritical foaming of PEBAX or ATPU
• Is willing to collaborate on design refinements and supply early prototypes before scaling
• Can accommodate low–to–medium first runs as we validate the market

I am open to any global location and do not have fixed brand or certification requirements yet; I’ll rely on your network and research to present the best options.

Deliverables I will accept:

1. A short-listed roster of qualified manufacturers (contact person, credentials, relevant projects, MOQ, lead times).
2. Your warm introduction to at least one factory ready to quote on design support and prototyping.
3. A concise comparison report highlighting why each candidate fits—or doesn’t fit—our performance, cost, and timeline needs.
