I need support locating people who are actively on the market and match a very specific mix of skills. The focus is on professionals with solid Project Management experience, hands-on HVAC mechanical installation knowledge, and a background in data-center builds. In addition, I have open requisitions for Solar Project Managers, Solar Supervisors, and licensed Electricians.
What I expect from you:
• A short-list of candidates per role, and verified contact details.
• A brief note on how you sourced each candidate so I can gauge the reach and effectiveness of the search.
If you already have access to niche talent pools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing tools, that’s a plus—but I’m open to any ethical sourcing method that gets results quickly. I’ll review the first batch within 48 hours of receipt, give feedback, and we can refine the search together if needed.
Turnaround on the initial list is important, so let me know your realistic timeline when you message me.
