We are looking for a freelancer in Bangladesh who already knows manufacturers or artisan workshops producing handmade Omani kumma caps and can source customized caps for the Oman market.
We have already contacted the suppliers available online. This assignment requires existing personal contacts and access to offline manufacturers or artisan networks. Internet research or lists from Google, Alibaba, Facebook, or other online directories will not meet our requirements.
Responsibilities
Introduce reliable producers you personally know or have previously worked with.
Find workshops capable of customizing embroidery patterns, colours, materials, and sizes based on our references.
Verify genuine hand embroidery and assess workmanship.
Obtain prices, minimum order quantities, sample costs, and production timelines.
Visit workshops where needed and provide clear photographs or videos.
Coordinate samples, negotiate terms, and support quality checks and shipping to Oman.
Mandatory Requirements
Based in Bangladesh.
Existing direct relationships with Omani kumma manufacturers or relevant artisan workshops.
Ability to contact and visit producers directly.
Understanding of handmade embroidery and quality requirements.
Clear communication in English.
Initial Deliverables
Introductions to qualified producers outside the online suppliers we have already approached.
Verified product examples and details of customization capabilities.
A comparison of prices, minimum quantities, and lead times.
Coordination of custom samples from suitable producers.
