Source Custom Bio-Cone Air Filters

I want to add a new replacement set for home- and office-grade air purifiers to my existing filter catalogue. The reference unit—link supplied once the project starts—uses a distinctive bio cone pre-filter followed by additional media layers, so the supplier you locate must be able to reproduce that configuration or provide an equivalent private-label option.

Here is what I need from you:

• Identify and vet at least three manufacturers or trading companies that already make, or can custom-make, the complete filter pack (bio cone plus companion filters).
• Collect full quotations showing unit price at different MOQs, tooling costs (if any), sample fees, lead-times, shipping options (FOB, CIF), and available branding/packaging services.
• Verify any stated certifications (ISO, CE, RoHS, etc.) and request current test reports for HEPA efficiency and VOC/odor reduction.
• Arrange physical samples sent to me; include photos or short video so I can confirm build quality before shipment.
• Deliver a concise comparison report with your recommendation and all direct contact details for each supplier.

Experience in Asian supply chains, and the ability to negotiate on my behalf are strong pluses.
