Sort & Sell Storage Contents

I have a full-size storage unit in Manly Vale, NSW that I need condensed into a much smaller space. The only things I want to keep are my personal mementos and keepsakes; everything else—beds, chairs, shelves, small appliances—should be photographed, listed and sold via online marketplaces such as eBay or Gumtree.

What I need you to do
• Go to the current unit, assess the contents and separate the personal items from the sale stock.
• Handle all packing, wrapping and lifting so the selected keepsakes are safely transferred into the new, smaller unit nearby.
• Create clear listings with accurate descriptions, measurements and photos for each furniture piece, manage the online ads, field buyer enquiries, handle pick-ups and make sure each sale is logged.
• Keep a simple inventory of what was kept, what was sold and the final sale amounts.

Acceptance criteria
The project is complete when:
1. All personal mementos are stored undamaged in the new unit.
2. Every furniture item has either been sold or is actively listed online with quality photos and correct details.
3. A final spreadsheet (or Google Sheet) shows the item list, sale price, buyer contact and hand-over date, plus confirmation that the original unit is emptied and swept.
