SolidWorks Stair-Climbing Pram Design -- 2

I already have a high-level visual render for a non-electric urban pram and now need the full mechanical design built natively in SolidWorks. The concept relies on a tracked or belt-like drive so the pram can glide over outdoor stairs with uneven surfaces. Stability is critical, so a robust locking self leveling mechanism must prevent any tipping while parked on a step.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Parametric 3D assemblies of all moving parts, including the track system, suspension, foldable frame, handle and brake linkages.
• Manufacturing-ready drawings in each phase and STEP files for each sub-assembly—clear enough for tooling quotes and CNC/metal forming suppliers.
• A concise DFM report that calls out tolerances, fasteners, materials, and any critical mould-release or machining considerations.

We’ll break progress into clear milestones—first the core drive mechanism, then the full frame integration, followed by final detailing and documentation—so we can iterate quickly and stay aligned.

Please work directly in SolidWorks (recent version compatible with 2021 or newer). If you routinely design consumer products with complex mechanisms, especially tracked drives or stroller-like frames, your expertise will be invaluable.
