I have a current existing aluminium sheet metal product that has been modelled up in solidworks 2019, that now needs to be modified to a new customers specifications. I want its geometry modelled accurately in SolidWorks. All critical dimensions, tolerances, and the exact material specifications are already defined; your job is to translate these into a clean, fully-parametric model and produce individual parts pdfs and dxfs for laser cutting and cnc bending.
We also require detailed fabrication drawings for the workshop.
The fonal model needs to be sent in a version we can open in E Drawings.

For clarity, here is what I expect to receive:
• Native SolidWorks part/assembly files (latest stable version)
• Fully constrained parametric features with clear naming
• 2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances, hole callouts, and surface finishes applied
• STEP/IGES export for CAM/CNC compatibility
• An up-to-date BOM referencing the specified materials

The model must reflect real-world manufacturability—no interferences, proper draft where needed, and wall thicknesses that match the material capabilities I will supply. I’ll share sketches, dimensioned hand-outs, as soon as we start so you can work quickly and accurately.

If you have experience turning detailed product briefs into production-ready SolidWorks files and can keep tight attention to GD&T.
