SolidWorks Designer for Cashew and Nut grading Machine.

I need an experienced mechanical designer who can take full ownership of the next generation of our cashew grading machines at NanoPix Integrated Software Solutions (Hubli, Karnataka – www.nanopix-iss.com). The work centres on mechanical design: everything from the frame and conveyor layout to the grading mechanism itself, delivered as clean, manufacture-ready SolidWorks models, assemblies, and 2D drawings.

Because our in-house team already handles image processing and electronics, your focus will be the complete mechanical package rather than any single sub-system. Expect close collaboration with our engineers on material selection, ease of maintenance, manufacturability, and integration points for cameras, lighting, and controls.

Engagement: 6–12 months, starting as soon as we align on scope. We work iteratively, so you’ll present design checkpoints, incorporate feedback, and finalise BOMs and GD&T before hand-off to fabrication. Regular online reviews are fine, but the ability to visit our Hubli plant for key fit-ups or trials is a bonus. Alternatively ideal scenario will be you work in our premise for the agreed period and accommodation can be taken care by us.
