I need a seasoned SOLIDWORKS specialist to turn my existing sketches and reference dimensions into fully-parametric 3D part files that a shop can machine without a second thought. Because these models will go straight to manufacturing, accuracy and clean feature management are non-negotiable—each part has to rebuild error-free, carry clear dimensions and tolerances, and export perfectly to STEP for CAM.

You’ll receive hand sketches, PDFs, and any critical measurements the moment we start. From there I expect you to create native .sldprt files, verify geometry for manufacturability, and flag any design concerns early so we can address them before tool-path programming begins.

Deliverables
• Native SOLIDWORKS part files (.sldprt)
• STEP/IGES exports ready for CNC or additive workflows
• A short design note documenting key dimensions, material call-outs, and assumptions

Acceptance criteria
• Opens and rebuilds in SOLIDWORKS 2022 with zero errors
• Watertight solid bodies suitable for CAM or 3D-printing checks
• Critical dimensions within ±0.01 mm of the supplied spec

If you have a portfolio of production-ready parts, that will help me move quickly. Let me know your typical turnaround time per component and any questions you need answered before jumping in.
