I need complete, shop-ready design support for a batch of FRP components. All native work has to be produced in Solid Edge and supplied both as editable files and neutral formats. The job begins with my purchase order and rough drawings; from there you will turn them into fully detailed 2D drawings and 3D models, always keeping high-strength laminate requirements in mind.

Once the designs are frozen, you’ll move straight into pattern creation. Generate the toolpaths, run the patterns on the CNC router, and hand back the cut files alongside set-up sheets so they can be reproduced on any compatible machine. After machining, prepare the moulds, perform an internal dimensional inspection of both patterns and moulds, and finally carry out a first-article inspection of the finished part.

Deliverables
• Solid Edge .par/.asm files plus STEP & PDF for every item
• CNC router programs, post-processed G-code, and set-up documentation
• Mould fabrication notes and curing schedule
• Inspection reports for patterns, moulds, and first articles, with any required corrective actions logged

Acceptance is based on the inspection results meeting the specified tolerances and the FRP component hitting the required strength targets without rework.
