Solar Farm Drone Marketing Footage

I need a full drone shoot of our solar installation that will feed directly into professional, informative marketing collateral. The brief calls for two distinct perspectives: sweeping aerial overview shots that showcase the scale and layout of the array, plus close-up inspections that highlight panel quality, racking, cabling, and other technical details an investor or client might want to see.

Footage must feel polished and factual rather than cinematic drama—steady gimbal work, crisp 4K resolution, accurate colour grading, minimal lens flare, and graphics or lower thirds that relay key site statistics if you’re able to add them. Please plan your flight path to respect local airspace regulations and produce both raw captures and an edited master so our design team can pull still frames as needed.

Deliverables
• 60–90 second edited video (H.264, 4K)
• All raw video files + preview thumbnails
• 8–10 high-resolution aerial stills
• 4–6 high-resolution close-up stills
• Basic colour-corrected version of each still (JPEG or TIFF)

I will provide the site map, preferred shoot windows, and on-site contact once we confirm timing. Finished assets should be ready for review within one week of filming; two minor revision rounds are included in the schedule.
