I’m commissioning clear, educational copy for a consumer-facing software product and would like to start with three pieces so we can align on voice and depth. Each piece should stand on its own—whether it’s a short article, a detailed FAQ entry, or a concise step-by-step tutorial—yet share a consistent tone that helps everyday users understand and get the most from the app.

For this first milestone, I’ll send you the approved product brief, audience notes, and any internal style guidance we already follow. You’ll return:

• three polished content pieces in the agreed mix of formats
• suggested headings and sub-headings that aid readability
• source links for any external facts or stats you reference

All writing must be original, fact-checked, and strictly limited to features documented in the material I provide—no invented capabilities or customer quotes. Strong English, a background in tech or business writing, and solid formatting skills are essential because these assets will move straight into our help center and blog once approved.

Please reply with two or three relevant samples that show you can explain software concepts to non-technical readers and include a fixed price for the initial package of three pieces. If we’re both happy with the collaboration, I’ll commission additional articles, FAQs, and tutorials on a per-piece or monthly basis.
