Soft Skills Training Progress Report

I have just completed an intensive soft-skills program centred on Communication, Teamwork and Leadership. To consolidate what I’ve learned, I need a clear, data-backed report that documents my starting point, the milestones reached during the course, and specific evidence of improvement.

The finished piece should read as a professional progress dossier I can share with management and HR. I will supply all training materials, pre- and post-assessment results, facilitator notes and any reflective journals I kept along the way. From these you will:

• Analyse the quantitative scores and qualitative feedback to establish baseline versus current competence.
• Highlight key moments—role-plays, group projects, peer observations—that demonstrate growth in each skill area.
• Present the findings in a concise narrative supported by charts or tables (Word or Google Docs, exported to PDF).
• Conclude with an action plan: how I can embed these communication, teamwork and leadership behaviours in my day-to-day work over the next quarter.

Clarity, logical flow and a friendly yet professional tone are essential; visual elements should be clean and easy to read.
