Core features include profile creation, follower/friend connections, a real-time feed with likes and comments, private messaging, push notifications, and media upload for photos and short videos. A clean, modern UI/UX and smooth onboarding (email, phone, or existing social sign-ins) are priorities, and the codebase should be structured for easy scaling and future feature releases.

Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native are perfectly acceptable as long as performance matches native expectations; if you prefer fully native builds, outline the benefits you can bring. A lightweight backend/API and basic admin dashboard are also part of the scope, though I’m open to recommendations on tech stack and hosting.
