I need help pulling pure text content from a set of public social-media pages that I will share once we get started. The job is straightforward: copy the visible post text exactly as it appears online (no images or comments) and paste it into a spreadsheet or Google Sheet, keeping each post on its own row.

To make checking easy, please include the post URL, publication date, and the account or page name in separate columns beside the main text. Accuracy matters more than speed—the text must match the original wording and come back free of typos or missing characters.

A clean, well-formatted CSV or XLSX file is the only deliverable I need. If you are comfortable navigating social platforms and familiar with Excel or Google Sheets, this should be a quick assignment.
