I'm seeking an experienced social media specialist based in central belt Scotland to develop a comprehensive content strategy, create engaging images and videos, and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The primary goal is to increase brand awareness for a chain of retail stores with established online presence.

Key Requirements:
- Develop content ideas and strategy for platforms
- Create high-quality, engaging images and videos
- Support with engagement or personality injected into content.
- Schedule and manage posts for optimal engagement
- Monitor and report on performance metrics
- Adjust strategy based on performance data
