Social Media & Startup Ops (Monthly Payment)

I’m looking for someone who can keep our Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn feeds active while also helping me run the day-to-day pipeline of a young startup. The role blends classic social media management with operations work, so you’ll be switching between writing posts, replying to comments, and nudging deals forward in our CRM.

Here’s what you’ll actually do for me:

• Social media management – draft, schedule and publish posts, then monitor inboxes and comments so our community always hears back quickly.
• Content development – turn rough ideas or data points into short-form copy, simple visuals or carousels that feel on-brand.
• Startup pipeline management – keep leads organized, track follow-ups and flag anything that might slip through the cracks.
• AI-assisted efficiency – use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar to speed up research, ideation and basic creative tasks where it makes sense.

What I’m looking for in you:

• Someone with previous experience working with startups, venture capital firms, accelerators, or incubators. This is crucial.
• Proven experience in managing social media for growth—not just content but also driving engagement and followers.
• Understanding of tools like Meta Business Suite or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Comfortable with long-term, ongoing work arrangements rather than short-term projects.
