Social Media Photo Retouching

I have a single photo that needs a clean, natural-looking retouch before I publish it to my social media feed. The shot is already well-composed, but I want it polished so it looks its best without appearing over-edited.

The specific touch-ups I need are:
• Blemish removal
• Skin smoothing
• Teeth whitening

Please work non-destructively in Photoshop (or an equivalent high-end editor) so I can receive both the final flattened JPEG, ready for immediate posting, and the layered file in case I want to tweak anything later.
