Social Media Manager Needed for Pre-Launch Brand Growth

I’m building a new UK outdoor lifestyle brand and I’m looking for a UK-based female social media manager/content creator to help grow our Instagram, TikTok and Facebook before launch.

The aim is to build a genuine audience now, so that when the brand officially opens there are already people following the journey, engaging with the content and interested in the launch.

We’re currently pre-launch. Branding and website are underway, and our first products are currently being made and are on the way.

I already have genuine beach, coastal, dog and outdoor lifestyle footage, brand assets, colour palettes and launch content to work with.

I’m looking for someone who can help with:

* pre-launch social media strategy
* growing followers organically
* Instagram Reels and TikTok content
* turning my raw footage into engaging short-form videos
* hooks, captions and calls to action
* content planning and posting schedule
* engagement/community-building ideas
* helping create anticipation around the launch
* identifying what content is actually performing and adjusting the strategy

The brand style is premium, calm, outdoorsy, fun and authentic. I don’t want generic corporate posts or obviously AI-generated content.

I’d like to start with a £100–£150 trial, with the possibility of ongoing work if we work well together.
