Social Media Publishing Specialist — Contract
What this is: We filmed ten real estate agents for a video series called The Agent Vinyl Sessions. Every caption is already written and approved — 51 clips across 7 platforms, 357 captions total, all in one workbook. Your job is publishing them consistently and handling the first hour after each post. You are not writing content.
Weekly work, roughly 4-6 hours:
Publish 3–4 clips per week across our channels, using the exact caption from the workbook for that clip and platform
Repost each Reel to Stories within two hours, with a poll or question sticker
Sunday: log what went out, pull top performers, send a short Monday recap
Rules that aren't flexible:
Captions publish exactly as written. No edits, no "improvements," no added hashtags. If something reads wrong, flag it, don't fix it.
Three clips are compliance-flagged and need a specific pinned comment within 60 seconds of posting. If that step gets missed, delete and repost.
Use the video file named in the caption row. If a file is missing, stop and ask.
Not your job: talking to anyone in DMs or making any judgment call on compliance content.
How we start: First two weeks, send me a screenshot before anything publishes. After that you're running it on your own, flagging anything unclear.
You'll get: the caption workbook, the video library, and team-level access to each platform. No shared passwords — everything through proper invites.
