I’m a commercial loan broker and I need a consistent flow of fresh, exclusive leads—specifically businesses that are actively looking for financing. My focus is on paid social media advertising and I want to concentrate our spend on LinkedIn and Facebook, the two platforms where my ideal prospects are already researching capital options.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Strategy & setup – design the campaign structure, audiences and budget allocations for both LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Creative & copy – craft scroll-stopping visuals and persuasive ad text that speaks directly to owners, CFOs or finance managers searching for business loans.
• Funnel & capture – build (or refine) a lead form or landing page that collects key qualifying details such as company name, contact person, loan amount sought and timeline.
• Ongoing optimisation – monitor performance, adjust targeting and bids, test creatives and keep cost-per-lead competitive.
• Reporting – provide a clear weekly summary showing impressions, clicks, CPL and the raw leads delivered so I can import them straight into my CRM.
Leads must be real businesses with accurate contact information; bounced emails or wrong numbers won’t count toward the total. If you’ve previously generated finance or B2B leads on LinkedIn or Facebook and can show campaign metrics, I’d love to see them when you respond.
