Social Media Listening Reports

I’m looking to commission a complete monitoring, listening and analytics report that zeroes-in on the real conversations happening across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Your own listening platform—whether Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprout, Meltwater or an equivalent you already pay for—must be able to pull message-level data so we can see not only what is being said, but also who is driving each discussion and how the tone shifts over time.

The priority metric is chats: private or group threads, story replies, DMs and any other message-based interaction your tool can legally surface. I want to understand volumes, peak times, sentiment swings and recurring themes, then map those insights back to audience segments and key influencers. Standard engagement numbers (reach, impressions, reactions, shares, follower growth, etc.) are welcome as supporting context, but the narrative must stay anchored in chat behaviour.

To keep this straightforward, here is what I expect to receive:

• A slide deck (PPT or Google Slides) summarising findings, complete with charts, verbatim quotes and clear next-step recommendations.
• An export of the underlying data in CSV or XLSX.
• A short Loom or screen-share walkthrough of your dashboard so I can see how the data was gathered and filtered.

I will provide date ranges, keyword lists and brand pages once we start. Please confirm the tool you’ll use, the lookback window you can cover and any API limits that might affect WhatsApp visibility.
