Social Media Growth & Podcast Promotion

I own **Lex Adventures Travel**, a travel planning and booking business, and I also host **Firsthand Travel Stories | Practical Planning**, a weekly travel podcast.

I am looking for someone who can reduce the amount of time I spend creating and managing marketing content while helping me grow my audience and generate actual travel inquiries and clients.

**Social Media**

I want approximately **7 posts per week**:

- 4 posts promoting Lex Adventures Travel, travel destinations, travel opportunities/deals, useful travel information, or my travel-planning services.
- 3 posts created by repurposing content from my weekly Firsthand Travel Stories podcast.

I want to create each piece of content once and use it across **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts** whenever appropriate.

I need help with the actual content creation, including short-form videos/Reels, graphics, captions, hooks, hashtags, podcast clips, and scheduling/posting. I do not want a service that only gives me ideas and leaves me responsible for creating everything myself.

For travel offers, I can provide current supplier or travel-industry deals and information when needed. Prices, promotions, dates, and availability must never be invented.

**Google Ads**

I currently have a Google Ads campaign running for Lex Adventures Travel. My goal is to generate **qualified travel inquiries and clients**, not simply clicks or website traffic.

I would like the campaign reviewed and optimized, including targeting, keywords/search terms, ad copy, conversion tracking, landing-page effectiveness, and overall campaign performance.

**Main Goal**

I am looking for someone who can handle as much of the ongoing execution as possible. I have limited time during the workweek, so reducing my marketing workload is important.

My goal is to consistently grow awareness and followers while turning that attention into genuine travel inquiries and bookings.
