Job Description
I am looking for a fluent Portuguese-speaking freelancer to help grow and manage two Facebook groups focused on the Brazilian community in Massachusetts.
The two groups are:
Comunidade Brasileira MA – A general community group for Brazilians in MA (services, housing, buy & sell, cleaning, babysitting, cars, donations, Q&A).

Achei Limpeza MA – A niche group for house cleaning business owners and cleaners looking for work.

Important: All members must be from Massachusetts. This is non-negotiable.
What You'll Do
Task Details
Post in other Brazilian Facebook groups Share helpful content (articles, tips, community info) to attract people to join my groups. You'll be given a list of Massachusetts-based Brazilian groups to work with.
Engage with comments Reply to comments on your posts, answer questions, and build genuine connections.
Welcome new members Post a welcome message in the group when new members join.
Moderate posts Approve or decline pending posts based on group rules. Remove spam.
Post 1–2 times per day Share valuable content in my groups to keep them active and engaged.
Invite engaged people When someone shows interest, invite them to join the group.
Requirements
Requirement Details
Fluent Portuguese Native or near-native. You must write naturally and culturally appropriate content.
Understanding of Massachusetts You should know the main cities and Brazilian communities in MA.
Facebook experience You must understand how Facebook groups work and how to avoid spam flags.
Daily availability 30–45 minutes per day, 5 days a week.
No spam tactics Do not post identical messages repeatedly. Do not use bots or automation tools.

Article templates and content ideas you can adapt and share
Group rules and guidelines to follow
Ongoing support and feedback
What I Need From You

A sample post in Portuguese (3–5 sentences) inviting Brazilians in Massachusetts to join a community group
Your availability (how many hours per day, which days)

Important Notes
Do not use bots or automation tools. This will get my accounts banned.
Do not post identical messages across multiple groups. Vary your content.
You must be able to write in Portuguese — this is a hard requirement.
