WE ARE HIRING – SOCIAL MEDIA & DRIVER ACQUISITION AGENT

LETSTWENDE LIMITED is looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven Social Media & Driver Acquisition Agent to help us grow our Yango driver and courier network.

YOUR ROLE
• Create engaging TikTok, Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp content
• Promote Yango driving and delivery opportunities
• Attract and generate new driver/courier registrations
• Respond to enquiries and guide prospects through registration
• Follow up with registered prospects until they complete onboarding
• Build Letstwende’s online presence and driver community
• Run creative campaigns that convert viewers into actual registrations

KEY TARGET
Your success will be measured by qualified Yango registrations and activated drivers/couriers, not simply followers or likes.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Understands social media and digital marketing
• Can create short-form videos/reels/TikToks
• Is confident communicating with drivers and young people
• Can use Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Is creative, proactive and target-driven
• Has experience generating leads through social media
• Can work independently and report weekly results

Position: Social Media & Driver Acquisition Agent
Remuneration: Negotiable + performance-based incentives
