I run an e-commerce store and need an associate who can take day-to-day ownership of my social presence and broader digital outreach.

Social Media
My priority is the Business side of each platform. I already have brand pages set up and need you to schedule content, engage with followers, optimise hashtags and keep the Business dashboards tidy. If you also know your way around Facebook, Instagram or Twitter’s creator tools, that flexibility will be useful as the strategy evolves.

Digital Marketing
Beyond the feeds, I’m looking for help with what I’ve labelled “package shelling”. In practice this means bundling promotional offers, seasonal drops and limited-time deals into cohesive campaigns that tie back to the store’s product pages. Coordination between email blasts, landing pages and social posts will be essential, so I value someone comfortable jumping between copy, simple visuals and basic SEO tweaks without losing momentum.

Deliverables
• A two-week content calendar ready for approval
• Daily publishing & engagement once approved
• One complete “package shell” campaign (offer structure, copy, visuals, tracking links) prepared for launch and handed over with clear performance KPIs

I work inside the Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo for email and basic Shopify SEO apps—experience with these tools is a plus, but a quick learner with initiative is welcome too.
